Terms & Conditions
A deposit equal to the Daily Rates is required to secure your Safari & Hunting Dates.
The balance of the Safari is due on the last day of the Safari, prior to departure. Only trophies taken or wounded are charged for. All outstanding costs with MHS (trophy fees, additional species hunted, permit fees, etc.) must be settled before departure. Due to continuous fluctuations in international exchange rates MHS retain the right to adapt prices accordingly.
A 50% refund of the Deposit will be made if cancelled within more than ninety (90) days of the beginning of the Safari, minus a 15% admin fee. No refund of deposits will be made if cancelled within ninety (90) days prior to the beginning of the Safari. However the Safari can be moved to the following year at the rate applicable to that year.
In the unlikely event where MHS cancels the Safari a full refund of the Deposit will be made.
